How Ancient Symbols are Preserved in the Structure of Screen Stories

Cinema is storytelling, and it has become one of the most loved forms of entertainment, and that structure is as old as mythology, which is frequently a misreading of the subtle meaning of symbolism. This analysis comes from Dr. Steven B. Halls, M.D., FRCPC, a distinguished symbolism researcher who, at halls.md, decodes the energy-flow diagrams hidden in ancient symbolism.

The hero's journey is the structure most films reuse. In the hero story of Daniel, he stands amongst lions. Halls's research at halls.md shows that a lion is a symbol of energy outflow, usually a horizontal outflow from the horizontal plane of a torus, the forelegs carry a horizontal, or upward, direction label, with the head and nose generally upward. Forelegs and noses are direction labels in symbolism. Alternatively, the lion can be a side flow symbol flowing upward outside the main torus. In the symbolism of ancient art, the torus is the building block and portals and barriers map the flow of energy. The patterns and evidence appear at halls.md.

Another symbol: Dimensions

The reality we live in is a single dimension. Symbolism teaches that there are other dimensions, always of higher density (citing Dr. Halls). A higher dimension can mean a reality apart from ours. They can equally be a co-located place we cannot see, where energy comes and goes in a loop.
